N + 을 / 를

Meaning
을 / 를 is the object particle in Korean.
It marks the object of a verb (what receives the action).

Form

• Noun + 을 (final consonant)
• Noun + 를 (no final consonant)

Rule
If a noun has a final consonant (받침), use 을.
If a noun does not have a final consonant, use 를.
